Thank you for shopping at Sole Module. Please review our cancellation, return, and refund policy carefully prior to placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation Window

12-Hour Cancellation: You may cancel your order partially or fully within 24 hours of placing it.

Once the 24-hour window has passed or after the product has been dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Policy & Eligibility
Returns are strictly governed by the following guidelines:

Return Window: All return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Defective or Damaged Products Only: We only accept returns for items that arrive defective, damaged, or broken upon delivery. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind requests.

Unopened & Unused Requirement: Returns will NOT be accepted if the package has been opened, unsealed, used, or tampered with in any way. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all intact tags, accessories, and documentation.
3. Return Process & Verification

To report a defective product, send an email to support@solemodule.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and/or videos showing the defect or damage along with your order ID.

Upon receiving your request, our team will review the claim and verification details.

If approved, we will provide instructions for shipping or picking up the item.
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected to verify that it is unused, unopened, and truly defective, we will process your refund.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 business days. (For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be transferred via bank transfer).

We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request if the product shows signs of use, has an opened package, or does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
